Privacy Policy
Jaws of Victory (“the app”) is a music album experience by Hank Topless, developed and published by Eric Baldoni (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect.
The short version
The app does not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information. We have no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking in the app.
Information we collect
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. The app contacts two outside services: the content delivery network that streams bonus videos (Bunny CDN), and hanktoplessmusic.com when you open the Calendar tab. Those services may see technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the content, as described above.
Content loaded over the internet
The album audio is included in the app. A few features load content over the internet, and when they do, your device makes a standard web request:
- Bonus videos are streamed from a content delivery network (Bunny CDN).
- The Calendar tab loads upcoming show information from hanktoplessmusic.com.
As with any web request, the server receiving it (the delivery network or our website) can see technical information such as your IP address and browser or device type in order to deliver the content. We do not use this information to identify you or build a profile of you.
Purchases and payments
The app is a paid download. Your purchase is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. The only outside service the app contacts is the content delivery network described above, which delivers video on our behalf.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
